Machinery

DPD-6000 – Automatic drill

A specialist machine for drilling holes in panels intended for sectional doors. Maximum dimensions of a panel are 5040 x 610 mm. The machine has a stationary steel construction. It is energy-saving. The machine’s bench is made of plastic, which prevents door panels from being scratched. The precision of drilling remains within 1mm. It is reliable and maintains high repeatability of drilling. Multi-dimensional control of the mobile head.

It contains an internal database of drilling schemes. It allows for individual creation of new drilling schemes based on the layout of holes in the door frames. It automatically measures the panel size. The loading and unloading of door panels is carried out manually. The machine operation is simple and intuitive and it allows replacing the drill easily and quickly. The machine can be connected to the plant database and can receive commands from the server. Remote maintenance is available, which significantly limits the machine’s stoppage time.


DPC-6000 – Automatic cutting machine

The machine is intended for longitudinal and lateral cutting of door panels. The stable steel construction of the machine is equipped with a biplanar system for precise setting of dimensions as well as with a self-propelled cutting head. The movement of the machine is operated and controlled by a microprocessor based programmable controller PLC. The door panel is fastened to the worktop with pneumatic grippers. The maximum size of door panels is 6500 x 600 mm. The precision of cutting in both axes is kept within 1mm.

The machine is constructed as a stationary device. The bench of the machine is made of plastic, which prevents the door panels from being scratched. Under the bench there is a conveyor for dust and metal shavings. In the service mode of the machine it is possible to easily and quickly replace the cutting discs. The automation system of the machine can be connected to the database of the plant, which allows receiving data instructions for cutting from any SAP system. Remote maintenance and servicing is available.

 


M3C-6000 – Machine for manufacturing mosquito net profiles

The machine is a perfect solution for manufacturing door and window mosquito screens. In terms of functionality the machine is composed of three basic sections: loading, cutting, measuring and drilling. The loading area is equipped with feeders supplying aluminium profiles. The feeding of profiles from this container is automatic and they are loaded onto a roller conveyor. In the cutting area, there is an encased saw which can cut from below in three positions (-45°, 0°, 45°). The measuring and drilling area is a part of the machine, which performs automatic measurement of the section to be cut off, and if it is required, technological holes can be drilled. After cutting, a finished profile is moved to the colleting section, where elements of a given job are stored. After the process of cutting and drilling, the product from a given job is collected manually by the machine operator.

The machine is operated by a programmable controller connected to an industrial PC. After receiving data from an external SAP system, an automated device enters the data to its own database and prepares a scheme for performing a given job on the machine. The automated system keeps its own record in the database, which contains the lengths and types of profiles, which were unused after the cutting process has been finished.


 

Unique machines as to the requirements and needs of the client
We operate our own construction plant where we often take up challenges of constructing unique and individual machines depending on the Client’s needs. Using our own experience, we conduct trials and experiments, during which we search for the best solution for a specific machine. Throughout our activity, we have designed and manufactured numerous individual machines and processing lines, which have been operating until today.

Galvanizing


Gantry cranes for galvanic processing

This is a proven and reliable construction, which was tested on numerous galvanic lines domestically and abroad. In the standard version, it is based on a steel construction, which is protected against aggressive chemical agents, alternatively it can be made of stainless steel. Raising and lowering elements on belts made of plastics guarantees high resistance to agents and guarantees the weighing capacity up to 500kg. The crane drive is powered by inverters, which guarantee reliable and precise movement of the galvanised elements from one bath to another. Its current position is read and controlled through the use of absolute encoders.

 


Galvanizing baths
In our offer we have baths for galvanizing process of any dimensions and shapes. Depending on the Client’s needs, the baths can be equipped with power sockets, spraying, drain valves, mechanical stirring, crevice tools or different types of bath heating. Depending on the type and purpose, for the construction of baths we use different materials, such as PP, PCV, PVDF and others.

 



Oil separators
Because of frequent impurities of elements that are processed in galvanizing plants, it is necessary to use oil separators. We offer our own construction of a high efficiency oil separator together with an oil trap. A multi-chamber tank of the separator is made of plastic (PP) and it is permanently connected to an oil trap. During the processing in the oil separator the oil is separated and it is kept in one of the chambers, and the cleaned bath content is transferred to the oil trap. The oil trap is composed of the tank with a filter for separating residual oil and a circulating pump which forces the flow through the oil separator and the oil trap. The control valve regulates the laminar flow of the bath content through the oil separator. The device operates in a continuous mode and filters the closed circuit bath. The machine is manufactured in the size required by the Client.


Heating and cooling coils
In many chemical processes, it is required to sustain a high temperature of the bath. Due to different chemical compositions not every bath content can be heated by traditional water heaters. We design and manufacture heaters made of titanium, acid-resistant steel or even plastics, which are resistant to aggressive chemical compounds. By utilising the practical experience we have obtained, we can design and manufacture heaters characterised by very high heating efficiency. The great majority of them are water heaters. For the processes which require very high stability of temperature, we design heating and cooling systems that cooperate in a single control system.
